GINCO Electro Mechanical Con. (L.L.C.) was established in 1997 in the city of Dubai. Since Then, it has completed numerous projects, and undergone dynamic growth and expansion.
The Quality Plan provides for the inspection of the works in progress both on and off site to ensure that the construction of the project complies with Contract specification in force at the time of signing the Contract. The plan also provides adequate communication channels in order to ensure transmission of information regarding quality problems to Engineers. The Quality Plan is supported with procedures, formats, reports etc.
Scope & Objective
Training Resources
GINCO ELECTROMECH. CONT. L.L.C through their qualified Managers and Engineers, shall utilize their expertise to develop Training Programme to introduce new skills to existing employees and to improve on their current level of performance. For specialized training, the Company shall appoint an external party either Educational institute or work associated Equipment or Material Training.
Quality Training
All employees will receive training in the Company’s Quality requirements. Training may be given directly by the Quality Assurance Department or through Department Heads. Each employee shall be given a copy of the Company’s Quality statement and will be made aware of the Company’s commitment to Total Quality Management.

Project Management
The project management team usually consists of a design task force, and a site task force. The design task force is responsible for the design, procurement and testing of all the sub-systems. The site task force carries out the installation, inspection, commissioning, acceptance, testing, and commissioning.
Project Plan
The 10 major tasks in the exevution of any project form the monilization to the demobilization are the responsibility of the project management. Each Head of Division has a specific task to control and monitor. The following is an outline of the project plan. Project Execution
A Project Execution Strategy (PES) should be prepared for every project, including studies, as a useful road-map outlining the execution of the project. Normally the project manager will determine the major areas and key elements of the PES, and senior management then approving the Project Execution Strategy.
